Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the f9bd platform. By accessing the platform, you will be considered to have accepted these terms.

General Provisions

f9bd (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the f9bd website, application, and all related services.

By accessing this platform, completing registration, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these complete terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

f9bd provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on f9bd, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be immediately cancelled and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

f9bd reserves the right to close an account and forfeit any balance or winnings if false information is provided.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings in those accounts will be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

f9bd may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method for account verification. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Funds

Funds deposited into your f9bd account are for use in entertainment activities. The account balance is not a bank account and no interest or profit applies to it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f9bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via any method other than these are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

  • Account verification must be complete.
  • The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met.
  • The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.
  • If unusual activity is suspected, the withdrawal may be held pending review.

4.4 Deposit Limits

f9bd offers the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to ensure responsible gaming. Contact our support team to set these limits.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x. This means withdrawals can only be made after placing bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • An account is eligible for a bonus offer only once.
  • Bonuses may only be used alongside real money.
  • Bonuses cannot be directly cashed out or transferred.
  • Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The f9bd VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 1.1% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity. VIP cashback is paid out at a set time each week.

If bonus wagering requirements are not met, the bonus amount will be deducted from the balance before withdrawal.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

f9bd is committed to fair play. All gaming and betting activities are conducted on transparent and impartial principles. A Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified, is used to determine game outcomes.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

f9bd reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet. If a system error, technical issue, or incorrect odds are published, the relevant bets may be cancelled and the stake amount will be returned.

6.3 Internet Connection Issues

If your internet connection is lost during play, the result of the game round in progress will be saved on the server. Once reconnected, you will be able to see the result of that round. f9bd is not liable for bets lost due to connection issues.

6.4 Odds and Market Changes

Odds in sports betting may change. A bet will be accepted at the odds that were in place when the bet was confirmed. In live betting, markets may close while an event is in progress.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation:

  1. Following deliberate betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
  2. Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to bet or play.
  3. Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
  4. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  5. Operating an account using a false identity.
  6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
  7. Attempting to introduce malicious code or malware into the platform's servers or network.
  8. Redistributing or commercially using any part of the platform without f9bd's written permission.

Intellectual Property

The f9bd website, logo, design, software, content, and all other elements are the exclusive intellectual property of f9bd. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or modifying any content from the platform without prior written permission from f9bd is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

f9bd is an entertainment platform. There is a risk of financial loss in gaming and betting. f9bd is not liable for the following:

  • Financial losses resulting from a user's betting or gaming decisions.
  • Internet connection disruptions or issues with third-party services.
  • Interruptions caused by unexpected server maintenance.
  • Service outages caused by unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

f9bd's total liability shall in no case exceed the actual balance in the user's account.

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by f9bd

f9bd may immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to provide verification information or provision of false information.
  • Extended period of inactivity.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be given before the account is closed, however any bonus balance will be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met.
